Shouldst thou crave our wares, thou must seek us in person amid cheering crowds and merchant tents. 

The incantations, designs, and all manner of imagery and verbiage herein are the sole creation of The Alchemist Armory and remain forever under our aegis. Thou shalt not reproduce, distribute, or conjure forth derivative works from these pages without our express written leave; to do otherwise would invoke the displeasure of our guild. 

Though our artisans toil with utmost care and skill, we disclaim all warranties—be they express or implied—concerning the use, misuse, or handling of our potions and accessories. Should thy concoction fizz amiss or glow uncontrolled, we entreat thee to seek counsel at our next gathering; yet no liability shall we bear for unexpected spells or enchantments that stray from their intended course. 

This covenant shall be governed by the laws of these United States of America, without regard to any conflict-of-law doctrines. Any dispute arising herefrom must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction within our domicile of California. From time to time, we may refine and amend these Terms; such changes shall spring to life upon posting here. We counsel thee to revisit this scroll oft, that thou remain ever apprised of thy obligations.
